Bitwarden
Open Source Password Manager
🔐 Secure, Open Source, Cross-Platform
Stop using browser passwords. They're not as safe as you think.
Bitwarden encrypts everything, everywhere.
Why Browser Password Managers Are Risky
Google Chrome, Edge, and other browsers store passwords in local files that malware can easily access:
Chrome: %LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Login Data
Edge: %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Login Data
Firefox: %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*.default\logins.json
Hackers use simple scripts to extract these files. You won't even notice until it's too late.
Why Every Student Needs This
Protect your accounts with real security, not convenience theater.
